Ingredients for the recipe:
- 350 – 450 gr. fresh okra fruits
- 2.5 tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1/2 tbsp. wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp fine sea salt (portioned)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (portioned)
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper (portioned)
- 1/4 Art. corn starch
- 4-6 “drops” of hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 Art. ice water
- Spicy sauce Ranch to serve (see recipe below)
- Optional equipment: approximately 8 (30 cm long) bamboo skewers
Hot Ranch sauce:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1.5 tsp coarse salt (portioned)
- 1 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/4 Art. buttermilk
- 1/4 Art. fresh parsley (loosely tamp)
- 1 tbsp. l fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 2 drops of Worcester sauce
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- A pinch of ground white pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Heat oil to 190 ° C in a fryer or deep fryer. Wash okra, drain the water well, and dry. Cut the ends off the fruit then cut the okra across, in circles 1-1.5 cm thick. Mix gently. The dough will turn out with small lumps.
