Yeast dough pie stuffed with cinnamon, sugar and fried hazelnuts, covered with sticky glaze and sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts. The dough for a nut woman (or grandmother) is kneaded on a dough. So baking rises better and tastes better. Before baking the dough rises two times, and then once again parted already in formed form. Rolled dough sprinkled with filling, rolled up and baked in a cake pan with a hole in the middle. This form will allow the dough to bake evenly, and the cake itself will turn out to be beautiful and festive in appearance. To the finished woman apply glaze from butter, honey, nut liqueur and sprinkle with nuts.

Dough

  • 2.5-3 Art. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 110 gr. melted butter

Filling

  • 2 tbsp. l melted butter
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. roasted and chopped hazelnuts

Glaze

  • 1/4 Art. butter
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1/4 Art. honey
  • 1/4 Art. nut liqueur
  • 0.5 tbsp. roasted and chopped hazelnuts

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl and leaving on half an hour.
  2. In a bowl of a stationary mixer with a dough hook put dough, add flour, egg, egg yolks, salt and sugar. Add more flour if necessary to knead smooth dough. Put it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover and set to rise so that the dough doubles in volume. Mind you and leave to rise again (covered).
  3. Crumple the dough and form a rough triangle about the size of 45 cm., 1 cm thick. Lubricate with melted butter. Combine sugar, cinnamon and hazelnuts. Sprinkle the dough with the mixture. Roll up roll and put in a greased cake pan with hole in the center. Leave to rise until the dough doubles in volume.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool then lay out of the mold. Heat butter, sugar together, honey and liquor. Lubricate the woman on top and sprinkle with nuts.
