Such nests with a vegetable “coat” can be prepared at home as from special noodles “Nests”, and from ordinary long noodles, boiled and curling it in the form of nests already in a baking dish. On the plate this dish looks very interesting. Simple and delicious!

  1. Boil the nests in salted water, keeping their shape and not digesting. Drain the water.
  2. Cut tomatoes with stars or just in half. Take out the flesh.
  3. Finely chop the basil. Bell pepper cut.
  4. Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons of water. To salt. Good mix.
  5. Finely chop onion, garlic and mushrooms. Fry on pan for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chopped bell pepper and tomato pulp. Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Add spices and fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Grease a heat-resistant baking dish with oil, put in the shape of the nest. Put half a tomato in each nest. To sprinkle basil and pour sauce with oil. Put vegetables on top.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put a form with sockets bake for 15 minutes. Serve the nests hot. From above sprinkle with herbs.
