  1. Grind cookies into crumbs using a blender or rolling pin.
  2. Melt butter, add to cookie crumbs. Good mix, put in a mold (I have a diameter of 20 cm), distribute on the bottom and sides, 3 cm high. Put in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove and reduce oven to 120 degrees.
  3. Combine the cream with the eggs, mix well. In another bowl combine 100 grams of sugar, 30 grams of starch and curd cheese, well mix with a mixer, then gradually add the cream with the egg, mix well.
  4. Pour into the base from the cookies and put in the oven for 70 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees.
  5. We push a little raspberries, add sugar to it (to taste), well mix.
  6. We take about 100 ml of water and put 5 g of agar-agar on fire, stir well. Pour raspberries with this mixture.
  7. Pour the berry mixture on top of the cheesecake and level it.
  8. Let cool the cheesecake, then cover with a film the shape, make in small holes and put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours before complete solidification.
