- For minced meat, take 250 g of fatty pork, 250 g of beef, scroll through a meat grinder.
- Cut the onion into a small cube, chop the carrots into small grater.
- Put slices of loaf in milk.
- In a volumetric bowl, mix the minced meat with squeezed slices of the loaf.
- Add the egg, chopped onions, carrots.
- Salt, pepper to taste, mix well.
- The resulting mass is divided into four parts. Out of every quarter make a nest. Put on a greased baking dish.
- Pour an egg into each part, add salt, put in the oven on 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
