Natural cutlet with red salad cabbage, pears and nuts

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/3 Art. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1/3 Art. dried cranberries
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp. l cider vinegar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Rub the pork chops over the entire surface with paprika, thyme, 3/4 tsp salt and a little ground pepper. In big dry a frying pan over medium heat, fry the pecans, periodically stirring for about 5 minutes; transfer to a small bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Put the pork steaks and fry until browned, about 6 minutes each sides (a thermometer inserted laterally into the center of the steak should show the temperature of 63 ° C). Put the meat on a large plate and let me rest.
  3. Put cabbage and fry in the same pan, periodically stirring until it fades, 1-2 minutes; remove from the stove. Add dried cranberries, pears, green onions, vinegar and toasted pecans. Salt, pepper and mix. Serve the pork steaks with cabbage salad.
