  1. Peel the fish, separate the fillet. Do not forget about the bones that be sure to delete. Cut the fillet into portioned slices.

  2. Melt honey in a water bath, if it is thick, and mix with mustard.

  3. Salt the fish and add seasoning.

  4. Put slices of fillet in a shape covered with parchment in two layer.

  5. Pour sauce and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
