  1. Peel the onion, cut into strips.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, chop.
  3. Wash greens, dry, finely chop.
  4. Grind hard cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Fry the onions in a pan with vegetable oil, add chopped mushrooms, fry for another 15 minutes. Salt, pepper taste.
  6. For sauce – in a bowl, mix the cheese with sour cream.
  7. Salt a little, add greens, mix.
  8. Put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper squares of dough with sides 10×10 cm.
  9. According to the test, make incisions (without cutting through to the end), departing from edges 1 cm.
  10. In the squares, spread the mushroom filling, inside the incisions. From above – sauce, put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
