  1. Medium-sized mushrooms, rinse, remove the legs and clean hats with a teaspoon. Finely chop all the remaining mushrooms. The prepared hats are sent to 2 baking sheets, which pre-lined with foil and greased with oil.

  2. Put ready minced pork in a bowl, add chopped on cubes cheese, egg, ground pepper, salt and mix the filling well for mushrooms. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  3. We fill the prepared champignon caps with meat filling and set in the oven for 45 minutes.

  4. We take out the fragrant stuffed mushrooms, transfer to plate and immediately serve. Such mushrooms can still be cooked with chicken minced meat.
