Ravioli is a delicious Italian pasta, “relatives” of our favorite dumplings. They cook with various fillings. Try to cook them at home with mushrooms. For juiciness, add greens and a little broth.

- Add mushrooms. Fry for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken (vegetable) broth. Salt and pepper on to taste. Put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes, stir the mushrooms.
- Remove the mushrooms from the oven. Cool a little. Some mushrooms leave to serve in plates, grind the rest in a blender for toppings. Add chopped parsley. Pour a tablespoon olive oil. Stir the mushroom mass until smooth.
- Knead the dough again and roll into thin layers. On one layer with a teaspoon, lay out the filling with balls on the same distance from each other. Cover the top with a second layer. Stick together ravioli, taking the dough around the filling. Cut ravioli curly or an ordinary knife or a special cookie cutter.
- Boil ravioli in salted water. When serving garnish with mushrooms.
