  1. We cut champignons into thin plates. Finely chop the basil, parsley and tarragon.
  2. On tomatoes, make cross-shaped incisions, dip in boiling water, then doused with cold water and peeled. Cut tomatoes in half, remove the seeds with liquid and grind the pulp.
  3. Cut the onion into thin rings. Mix all prepared ingredients, salt and pepper.
  4. Take 4 pieces of dense foil, grease on one side half the butter, put on a piece of fish fillet and on top put the mushroom stuffing on the fish.
  5. Put the remaining butter on the minced meat and wrap foil envelope.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
