This is the perfect recipe for exploring yeast dough! Not here you need skills of smooth rolling, modeling and other things, it will be all the same beautiful and delicious! For the filling, you can take anything: sugar, sugar + cinnamon, cheese, jam. I cooked 2 types of delicious buns at home and took sugar with orange and sugar with cocoa and rum.

- For the test in warm water / milk (slightly warmer than body temperature, not hot!) stir sugar, salt, yeast.
- Add melted butter and egg.
- Pour the flour in parts and knead: 200 g can be added immediately, and then a little while continuing to knead.
- Leave the dough in a warm place under the film for 1.5-2 hours. Then Settle the dough and leave for another hour.
- Divide the dough into 11 equal parts by the number of future buns (I used the scales, 1 part 45-50 g).
- Each part is divided into 3 small balls. Every ball roll out into a circle rectangle. Sprinkle with sugar / grease jam. Fold in half and half. So do with all 3 balls. The resulting triangles are placed in the cell molds for cupcakes, as shown in the video. Thus, we form all 11 buns.
- Leave for proofing for 20-30 minutes.
- Lubricate with an egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
