  1. Carefully mash the eggs with sugar and add a little vanilla sugar. Add serum, vegetable oil and all stir.
  2. Pour flour, baking powder and raisins, continuing to stir. The resulting dough should be as thick as sour cream.
  3. We take molds for cupcakes with sleeves (more convenient if they silicone, then you do not need to lubricate them with oil) half fill them with dough. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. While the cupcakes are baking, we will prepare a custard for them. Eggs stir flour and a glass of milk with a whisk so that there is no lumps. Bring the second glass of milk with sugar to a boil. Add the egg-milk mixture to the boiling mixture, cook two minutes, not forgetting to stir constantly. When the cream has cooled, lightly whisk it with butter.
  5. Decorate the finished cupcakes with cream, it’s most convenient to do it, I use a pastry bag.
