Very tasty Moldavian pastries – vertuta. Looks like a puff snail. We prepare it at home from a very thin exhaust dough. For fillings we take cottage cheese and dried apricots. Can be done with dried fruits, candied fruits and nuts.

- Pour kefir and vegetable oil into a bowl. Add 1 dining room a spoonful of granulated sugar. Gradually adding flour, knead soft elastic dough.
- Cover the dough with a towel so as not to wind. Let stand 20 minutes.
- Grate lemon zest.
- Rinse the apricots and cut into cubes.
- Put cottage cheese in a bowl. Pour half a glass of granulated sugar, vanillin, lemon zest and dried apricots. Add soft butter. Mix the mass well.
- Divide the dough into 4 identical pieces. Roll into very thin layers. On each put an even layer of curd filling. Collapse rolls and spin them with “snails”.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease a baking sheet with oil. Put the twirls on it and bake for 30-40 minutes.
