Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. minced turkey
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 250 gr finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- A pinch of dried crushed red pepper
- 1/4 Art. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. l worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 170 gr chopped blue cheese
- 250 gr tomato sauce
- 1 shallot, chopped in rings

Recipe preparation:
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan on moderate to high heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Passer, until mushrooms are browned (about 5-6 minutes). Stir in dry cereal red pepper and sauté another 1 minute. Pour in chicken stock and Worcestershire sauce, remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the egg with the breadcrumbs, blue cheese and mixture with mushrooms. Add turkey and mix, but not too long so that the meat bread does not turn out tough.
- Form a long rectangular loaf on a baking sheet. From above spoon with tomato sauce and squeeze shallots. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes and serve.
