Minced Waffles

Surely you have tried Mexican chili more than once with hot dogs or french fries. What about waffles? Naughty corn waffles are a great base for paula’s chili Дин. Photo Corn wafers with minced meat Time: 1 hour. 35 minutes Complexity: easy Servings: 4 – 5 The recipes use volumetric measuring containers of: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 3/4 Art. premium wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 Art. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp. l baking powder
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese, Served
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Sliced fresh cilantro leaves for serving
  • Hot chili see recipe below

Hot Chili:

  • 450 gr scoop stuffing
  • 2 cans (425 gr.) Beans in spicy tomato sauce
  • 1 can (425 gr.) Of tomato sauce
  • 1 can (425 gr.) Canned corn (drain brine)
  • 1 can (280 gr.) Canned tomatoes and green pepper chili slices
  • 1 chopped onion head
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. l chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. l ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. l freshly ground black pepper

Recipes with similar ingredients: ground beef, tomato sauce, red beans, onions, garlic, sweet pepper, corn, flour corn, eggs, milk, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chili seasoning, cumin, cilantro

Recipe preparation:

  1. Waffles: Preheat the waffle iron as instructed in a large bowl, mix the wheat and corn flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add milk, butter and eggs, knead until smooth. Pour the dough in portions into waffle iron and bake. Keep warm. Serve with spicy chili. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro and pour sour cream.
  2. Hot Chili: In a large roasting pan over medium-high heat saute the ground beef until it is crumbly. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Add beans, tomato sauce, corn, slices of tomatoes and green chili peppers. Reduce heat and simmer periodically. stirring at low boil for 30 minutes without covering lid. Output: 10-12 servings
