  1. Peeled peppers cut into slices, onions – finely, champignons – in slices. Put everything in hot oil and fry over medium heat, stirring, 15 minutes. Cooling down.

  2. Minced pork with eggs, chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, with thyme and spread with a thin cake. Evenly minced add the prepared filling of vegetables and mushrooms.

  3. Carefully turn the stuffing with the filling into the roll, spread on sprinkle foil with hot pepper and marjoram. Wrap the roll in foil and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 60 minutes.

  4. Then open the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the roll not covered with a brown crust. Finished pork minced meat roll take out, let stand 10 minutes, chop and serve with vegetables side dishes and salads.
