  1. In the prepared pork mince, put the crushed in a blender onions (can be finely chopped).

  2. Add coarsely grated zucchini, ground pepper, salt and well mix. We count the amount of salt: per 500 g. minced meat – 1 tsp salt without a hill.

  3. We form flat cutlets from prepared minced meat with zucchini, put in portions in hot oil and fry over high heat with 2 sides to a brown crust.

  4. Fragrant cutlets in rows spread in a pan, cover foil and bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 30 minutes.

  5. We take out juicy minced pork cutlets with zucchini and serve with favorite side dish and sauce.
