  1. For the test in a bowl, mix the egg with skefir.
  2. Pour baking powder, salt, sifted flour, knead uncooked dough.
  3. Cover with a cotton towel, remove warm for an hour a place.
  4. Forcemeat prepared or independently minced in a meat grinder salt, pepper, stir well.
  5. Roll out the settled dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer. To lay out nesto an even layer of mincemeat and roll it.
  6. Cut the roll with a sharp knife, three cm wide bites, set aside for fifteen minutes.
  7. In a deep, wide stew-pan on preheated vegetable oil fry chopped onions.
  8. Add peeled coarsely chopped potatoes, pour water, cover the potatoes, grate, slightly salt, pepper.
  9. Put the strudel carefully in boiling potatoes (loose, with gaps), cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
  10. Spread finished strudel on a plate, laying potatoes next to it and sprinkled with herbs.
