  1. Put the puff pastry on the table 1 hour before the start cooking. Roll the dough a little and cut into thin strips. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  2. Put the prepared minced meat in a bowl, add the egg, crackers, finely chopped onions, finely grated carrots, sour cream, ground pepper and salt. From the prepared meat mixture we form small balloons.

  3. Wrap the meat balls with three strips of puff pastry and put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
