Actually, I wanted to show you how to cook stuffed cannelloni (pasta tubes) without prior boiling. I never understood why complicate the process. I bought everything in the end, but Cannelloni themselves weren’t in any store. Had to take conciglioni (giant shells). But anyway you like this recipe, it is very tasty!

- In a blender, chop the garlic and onions.
- Add the resulting mass to the stuffing. Season with spices.
- Pour 100 ml of water. Mix.
- We stuff the shells and lay on a baking sheet.
- For the sauce, we pass the onion in vegetable oil until transparency. Tomatoes in a / blender mashed potatoes with hot pepper and pour in the onion. Spread tomato paste, add a glass of water 200-250 ml. Season with spices. Bring to a boil and simmer a couple minutes.
- Pour the cockleshell sauce.
- We ship for half an hour under a lid or foil (!!!) in preheated oven to 180C.
- We get it, sprinkle with grated cheese, bake 10 more without a lid minutes.
