- 1 large head of red onion (1/2 chop pieces, 1/2 cut into half rings)
- 1 piece peeled and thinly sliced ginger 2.5 cm long.
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh cilantro plus some more for decoration
- 4 pits without a cavity inside or pita
- Sliced cashew nuts and / or spicy sauce for decoration wish)

Recipe preparation:
