  1. Chop cabbage into a small cube (with approximate dimensions 1.0 x 1.0 cm). Pour with boiling water, after five minutes, lay on colander.
  2. Mix squeezed cabbage, minced meat in a bowl (from any meat taste), rice (pre-boiled), chopped onion, slightly salt and pepper.
  3. From the resulting meat and vegetable stuffing, form oblong cutlets, roll them in a breading mixture (optionally in a mixture add your favorite dried herbs and mix well).
  4. Fry the patties in a heated pan with vegetable oil on both sides of the pre-preparedness.
  5. For sauce in a bowl, mix thick sour cream and tomato paste (or ketchup).
  6. Put the patties in a ceramic baking dish.
  7. Pour in sour cream and tomato sauce, put in an oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. Serve hot meatballs with sour cream, garnished to taste.
