- Chop cabbage into a small cube (with approximate dimensions 1.0 x 1.0 cm). Pour with boiling water, after five minutes, lay on colander.
- Mix squeezed cabbage, minced meat in a bowl (from any meat taste), rice (pre-boiled), chopped onion, slightly salt and pepper.
- From the resulting meat and vegetable stuffing, form oblong cutlets, roll them in a breading mixture (optionally in a mixture add your favorite dried herbs and mix well).
- Fry the patties in a heated pan with vegetable oil on both sides of the pre-preparedness.
- For sauce in a bowl, mix thick sour cream and tomato paste (or ketchup).
- Put the patties in a ceramic baking dish.
- Pour in sour cream and tomato sauce, put in an oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Serve hot meatballs with sour cream, garnished to taste.
