  1. We take a milk pig, wash it well and pour boiling water over it, especially inside. We make a pickle from 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 3 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of ground bay leaves and water. Pour the pig so that the brine completely covers it. Leave the carcass to marinate overnight in a cool place.
  2. In the morning, wash the carcass under running water. Wipe the pig dry.
  3. Orange, mango, kiwi, lemon, apple and banana and chop slices.
  4. Grind walnuts and almonds.
  5. Raisins, figs, dried apricots, prunes, cherries, dates and pineapple mix and add to chopped fruit.
  6. We put mustard, mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey in a blender, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and beat well.
