Turkish cuisine is quite diverse and famous for cooking any dish uses a large number of spices. Cooking homemade chicken marinated in milk is quite simple, but time consuming. Additionally lay 3-4 hours on pickling chicken. As a side dish, make and serve boiled potatoes – it will come in handy.

  1. Rinse the chicken thoroughly. Finely chop the garlic and grate it meat with all seasonings and salt. Put leaves inside sage. Put the chicken in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

  2. Fry two kinds of nuts in a pan until golden brown. Put a piece of butter inside the chicken.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Put chicken in a baking dish, pour nuts on top of it and pour all the milk mixture.

  4. Dampen a sheet of parchment paper in water and cover it on top. chicken to be put in the oven. Oven temperature should be 160 degrees, cook the dish for 2 hours. Serve meat with boiled potatoes or rice.
