  1. Prepare the dough: add salt and soda to warm yogurt, mix and leave for 5 minutes. Instead of yogurt you can use fat yogurt.
  2. Add flour and knead the dough. Pour in sunflower oil and knead the dough.
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Divide the dough into three parts.
  5. Mash the dough with your hands in a circle, put cheese in the middle, collect dough and form a khachapuri.
  6. Make a hole in the middle. Grease khachapuri with 1 yolk and sprinkle on top of cheese.
  7. Bake on high heat for 7-10 minutes until cooked. Grease the prepared khachapuri with butter.
