Homemade meatloaf – an original alternative to cutlets and meatballs. Advantages of cooking – bake with one layer, and cut for several servings. Such a tasty dish is good and hot, and cold, so that it can be made as an addition to the side dish, and as an independent snack.

  1. Soak the bread in milk (water) for 5-10 minutes. Upon expiration time we squeeze the bread.
  2. Combine minced meat and bread, add salt and pepper, all mix thoroughly.
  3. Prepare the filling. Boil eggs, chop. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with the addition of softened butter until soft. Add eggs to the onion and finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper, mix well.
  4. Spread prepared minced meat on food wetted with water align the film, the layer thickness should be about 2 cm. Put the stuffing on top. Now connect the edges of the meat, gently lifting the edge of the cling film. Stuffing should be laid a little overlap so that you can level the edge.
  5. Put a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, grease it butter. Now gently shift the roll onto a baking sheet so that the seam stays below.
  6. Beat the egg lightly and grease the roll surface with it, then sprinkle roll with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with the remaining butter.
  7. We pierce the roll in several places and bake in pre preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
