  1. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder or chop a blender.
  2. Finely chop the onion (you can also use a blender).
  3. Mix onion and minced meat, mix well. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste.
  4. Wet small meatballs with wet hands.
  5. In a bowl, mix sour cream, tomato paste and flour. Good mix, add a little water. Stir again.
  6. Put the meatballs in a baking bag (you can simply cook in a deep baking dish), pour the sauce, fix the package.
  7. Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes (depends on the size of meatballs). Serve the finished dish with your beloved garnish. Enjoy your meal!
