  1. Boil the rice until cooked, chop the onion.
  2. In a bowl, mix the stuffing, rice, onion and egg, salt.
  3. Making the meatball sauce: mix sour cream, tomato paste and water to a homogeneous mass.
  4. We mold meatballs with wet hands: we form a ball, slightly squeezing, then beat off the meatball, throwing it from hand to hand (so they’ll better keep their shape).
  5. Put the meatballs in a form greased with vegetable oil.
  6. Pour each meatball with sauce on top, pour the remaining sauce in a baking dish.
  7. Cover the form with foil and send to the oven at 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. If the stuck meatballs did not fit into the form, then they can freeze and use for the next dinner.
