  1. Lightly fry finely chopped onions and minced garlic on oil.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the minced meat with brandy, egg, salt, pepper.
  4. At the bottom of the form lay bacon with sides, half on it minced meat, nuts and dried apricots on top.
  5. Put the rest of the stuffing.
  6. For minced meat – bacon again, cover with foil, put on one and a half hours into the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, formed drain the liquid.
  7. Casserole completely cool in the form, cover with cling film, load on it, put it overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from shape, cut into plates.
