  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  2. Allow the dough to fit your baking dish, lay oil the mold and put it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. On a medium heat, heat a frying pan, pour oil, warm put the minced meat and fry for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pepper and salt to taste.
  4. Wash the minced meat, vegetables and mushrooms. Bell pepper remove the stalk and seeds. Peel and chop red onion straws, champignons and cherry on a quarter, pepper cubes.
  5. Add vegetables to the forcemeat pan and sauté everything in place 4-5 minutes stirring constantly
  6. Grate mozzarella on a coarse grater. Put vegetables with minced meat in dough. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Ready tart, serve a little to the table cooled down. Enjoy your meal!
