  1. Add ground salt and pepper to ground beef. Meticulously mix.
  2. Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil. Cooling down.
  3. Add the onion on top.
  4. Three grated raw potatoes. Put it on the bow.
  5. Boil eggs, three on a grater and add sour cream. Good mix.
  6. Add eggs on top of the potato.
  7. Three gouda cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on our patty.
  8. We send in an oven preheated to 200 degrees to browning (about 30 minutes).
