I offer a recipe for a delicious and very, very satisfying pie. AT it’s meat and cabbage and mushrooms at once. Of course, such the cake is cooked at home for a long time, almost 4 hours, but the result is worth it!

  1. Make a dough: dilute the yeast in 500 ml of warm milk, add flour. Knead the dough. Put in a warm place about 3 hours, during this time, knead the dough 2-3 times.
  2. Boil beef, rice and eggs.
  3. Scroll boiled beef, rice and eggs through a meat grinder. Pepper, salt, add finely chopped greens.
  4. Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots. Put out on a pan in vegetable oil with tomato paste and small amounts of water. Pepper, salt.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into slices, cook for 15 minutes. Then fry on a frying pan in butter.
  6. Stuffed minced meat, stewed vegetables and fried mushrooms for the filling mix well.
  7. Grease a baking dish with butter, put half of the dough and make high sides. Put the stuffing. Put the second one on top part of the test. Pinch the edges. Grease the egg on top. Bake an hour at temperature of 180 C.
