  1. Wash the tomatoes well, remove the peel, grate on a large grater. Mushrooms cut into plates.

  4. Make lasagna sauce. In a stewpan or deep melt 50 g butter in a pan. Add 50 g flour and fry. Gently pour 1/2 liter of milk into a thin stream. Cook 15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Add to sauce grated cheese and salt.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Heat resistant mold for bake well with oil. Lay out the bottom for lasagna sheets. Spread them with sauce so that they do not turn out dry after baking. Lay a layer of minced meat with vegetables on top, pour over the sauce. Lay out the second layer of sheets for lasagna, smear with sauce. Lay out the second layer minced meat, pour over the sauce again. Lay out the top layer of sheets for lasagna, coat with sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Cover the mold with foil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Get the lasagna from the oven. Remove foil. Check availability test. Bake another 10-15 minutes without covering with foil to get a ruddy cheese crust.
