  1. Rub onion and garlic on a fine grater, or sprinkle through meat grinder.
  2. Add minced meat. Salt, pepper to taste. You can add cilantro to to taste.
  3. Mix well. We form 3 balls – this is filling 3 pirogue.
  4. Then put the filling on the dough and form a pie. Pie not roll out, and form only hands. We make a hole from the side seam.
  5. Bake the cake at maximum temperature with the top and bottom by heating.
  6. First, put the cake on the bottom of the oven. Right to the bottom. And bake 5-7 minutes, then we brown the top – put the pie on the very the top grill in the oven also for 5-7 minutes, until the pie lightly browned.
