- 1 kg. red young potatoes, cut into 4 parts
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 5-6 strips of bacon
- 110 gr. gorgonzola room temperature
- 1/4 Art. room temperature fat cream
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter at room temperature

Recipe preparation:
- Put potatoes and garlic in a medium-sized pot and pour 2 cm. above potatoes with cold water. Salt and bring water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until simmering. soft potatoes about 15 minutes.
