  1. Fry the bacon in a dry pan. Put it on a napkin, to remove excess fat.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Finely chop the potatoes and cook until tender in salted water.
  4. Drain, add milk and butter. Do mashed potatoes.
  5. Grate the parmesan. Add to potatoes.
  6. Put mozzarella and sour cream. Shuffle.
  7. Finely chop the onion. Add half to the potatoes.
  8. Grind the bacon. Can chop it culinary scissors.
  9. Add the bacon to the potatoes. Stir again. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Grease the baking dish with butter. Put the mashed potatoes in sprinkle with the remaining cheese and onion.
