  1. Boil potatoes in salted water.
  2. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, add minced meat, mix well and simmer for 10 minutes. Salt and add greens.
  3. Add tomato paste and water, mix and simmer for minutes 15-20.
  4. Add the butter to the boiled potatoes, salt with if necessary, knead a crush. Add hot milk and again knead.
