- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. l crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp. l low yogurt or kefir fat
- A bit of Worcester sauce
- 1 medium red onion
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 12 sheets of radicchio
- 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley leaves

Recipe preparation:
- Put the steak between 2 pieces of plastic wrap or parchment and beat to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut obliquely against fibers into 4 equal parts.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp. l olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar and garlic. Put the steak in a sealed plastic bag with ziplock, fill with marinade and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature or for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
