  1. Pour semolina with milk. Stir and set for 30-60 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, melted butter, vanilla and baking powder.
  3. Add the swollen semolina and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the dough into a mold (I have silicone, so the mold doesn’t lubricated) and send to a preheated to 180 degrees the oven. I have a shape of 25 cm, baked for about 35 minutes. See by form, check with a match after the mannik is browned.
