Mango and Papaya Salsa

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 peeled and diced mangoes
  • 1 peeled and diced papaya
  • 2 tbsp. l diced red onions
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped garlic
  • 1/4 Art. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/4 Art. black currant
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the mango and papaya cubes together with the rest of the ingredients in a medium-sized serving bowl. Shuffle and serve.
