Mango and Crispy Hikama Salad

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 average hikama (approximately 0.5 kg.)
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 3 ripe mangoes
  • 1/4 Art. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro + additionally for filing
  • 2 tsp chili powder with anchovy (or other medium chili powder hotness)
  • 2 lime juice

Recipe preparation:

  1. Peel the hikama and cut into long, thin strips. Cut the cucumbers in half, cut the seeds, and then chop cucumbers in strips the same size as hikama. Peel the Mango from peel and cut into strips.
  2. Combine hikama, cucumbers and mangoes in a large bowl. Add cilantro, chili powder with anchovies and lime juice and mix gently. Salt and sprinkle with cilantro.
