  1. Mackerel rid of fins, head and tail. Delete viscera and rinse.

  2. Cut carcasses into steaks. Grate them with salt and spices.

  3. Ideally a mixture of peppers and slices is suitable for this fish paprika.

  4. Mix mayonnaise with mustard.

  5. Spread slices with this mixture and spread on a baking sheet.

  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and send to bake for half an hour at temperature of 200 degrees.
