  1. Defrost mackerel, decapitate and remove the tail with fins.

  2. Divide the fish into two pieces, cutting each carcass lengthwise. Remove the ridge and other bones.

  3. Mix yogurt with a little lemon juice, add a mixture of peppers and paprika.

  4. Put the fish in a greased form and pour the sauce. Add dried greens.

  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
