Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tuna fillet (200-225 gr.)
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp plus 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- A pinch of thyme and tarragon
- 2 tbsp. l medium chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 tsp very finely chopped shallots
- 1 tsp very finely chopped garlic

Recipe preparation:
- Rub the tuna with salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp. olive oil, thyme and tarragon. Squeeze a tablespoon of chopped nuts macadamia on each side.
