Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 lobsters weighing 600 – 700 gr.
- 2 lemon cut in half
- Sea salt
- 0.33 Art. mayonnaise
- 7 tbsp. l melted butter
- 6 hot dog buns with slit top
- 0.25 Art. coarsely chopped celery leaves
- 0.25 tsp celery salt

Recipe preparation:
- Pour 5 cm of water into a large double boiler or pan. Squeeze juice of one lemon and pour into water, then put the halves of lemon and 1 tbsp. l sea salt in the pan. Bring to a boil on average on fire. Put lobsters in a double boiler basket or directly in a pot; cover and cook until the shells are bright red, 8-10 minutes. Remove from the pan with tongs, then rinse under cold water to cool slightly.
- Unscrew the claws, then break off the tail and tip of the tail. Take out shell meat: insert thumb and push meat out. Chop the claws with the flat side of the knife or with tongs to lobster; get the meat. Coarsely chop the lobster meat. Shift in a bowl and let cool 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, 4 tbsp. l melted butter and juice the remaining lemon in a large bowl. Add the lobster meat and mix. Salt.
- Preheat a grill pan or a simple skillet over medium the fire. Spread hot dog buns outside 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) butter. Fry the buns until golden, about 1 minutes on each side.
