Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 bunch (700 gr.) Chopped kale leaves
- 1/2 tbsp. coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. beef broth
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
- 3 coarsely sliced bacon
- 1/2 tbsp. diced onion vidalia
- Salt and ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Put butter and bacon in a large skillet and fry over medium heat until bacon is crispy and fat is will be flooded. Add onions and fry until soft, 5-8 minutes. Add kale and fry the cabbage until it decreases in volume. Mix cabbage with onions and bacon. Add coconut milk, broth and continue cooking until cabbage is soft for another 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
