  1. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan on vegetable oil.
  2. Add raw liver, pepper and salt to taste. Fry 20 minutes until tender, cool. Liver pies
  3. Scroll the liver and onion at the same time through a meat grinder.
  4. Cut the dough into balls, roll a cake from each. AT put the filling in the center, pinch the edges carefully and form pies.
  5. Put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
