  1. In the baking dish, place the washed, chopped large onions, pepper, eggplant, garlic, liver, salt. Pour oil on top put in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with pepper, mix and leave for another 15 minutes. Transfer to a dish, cool.
  3. Grind chilled vegetables with a liver in a blender.
  4. Add softened butter, salt to taste.
