- Preheat the oven to 80 degrees.
- Peel the garlic and put it into the blender bowl. Salt, pour in butter and beat until smooth.
- Ciabatta tear hands to pieces. We cover the baking sheet with paper for baking, sprinkle with garlic oil (half must be left) and send to the oven. Bake the ciabatta until lightly browned. Cooling down.
- Finely chop the celery. Peel the onion and cut into thin half feathers. Salt and sprinkle with vinegar.
